The Ocean
Cleanup
LLSB’s collaboration with The Ocean Cleanup strengthens river cleaning capabilities
through the deployment of Interceptor™ systems along Sungai Klang. These systems
are designed to capture floating waste before it reaches the ocean, enabling
continuous, technology-driven river rehabilitation.

Nestlé Malaysia
In collaboration with Nestlé Malaysia, LLSB implemented a plastic recovery initiative at the Sungai Kandis Log Boom. The initiative demonstrates how river rehabilitation efforts can be integrated with recycling systems to support circular economy outcomes.

Dutch Lady Milk Industries Sdn Bhd
Dutch Lady Milk Industries Berhad partnered with LLSB to carry out tributary cleaning works at Sungai Penchala. The initiative focuses on restoring river health while supporting biodiversity and environmental conservation.

Coca-Cola
LLSB, in collaboration with The Ocean Cleanup and Coca-Cola Malaysia, established a dedicated waste sorting facility along Sungai Klang to enhance downstream waste management. This initiative strengthens the river clean-up ecosystem by ensuring that intercepted waste is properly sorted, recycled, and diverted from landfills.
