Landasan Lumayan Sdn Bhd (LLSB) is spearheading the transformation of flood mitigation along Sungai Klang through the integration of advanced technologies and innovative engineering approaches. This initiative is designed to deliver measurable, impact-driven outcomes across 12 zones within four major flood-prone blocks.
As of 2025, implementation is actively progressing in Blocks 1 and 3, covering some of the most critical flood-affected areas, including Taman Sri Muda, Kota Kemuning, Section 17, and Section 24.
The upgrading of Taman Awam Pangkalan Batu reflects LLSB’s approach in converting underutilised riverbanks into an accessible urban green space that supports community recreational activity.

A Strategic Eco-Tourism & Environmental Asset
Mangrove Point is a flagship eco-tourism and conservation initiative under the Selangor Maritime Gateway (SMG), developed by Landasan Lumayan Sdn Bhd (LLSB) to preserve and activate one of the most unique mangrove ecosystems along Sungai Klang.
Spanning approximately 70 acres at the Klang River mouth, the site represents a strategic convergence of environmental preservation, tourism potential, and community engagement.
