Landasan Lumayan Sdn Bhd (LLSB) is a wholly-owned entity of Menteri Besar Selangor (Incorporated), established on 3 May 2012 to deliver strategic infrastructure, river management, and development initiatives across the state of Selangor.
As a state-backed organisation, LLSB plays a pivotal role in advancing sustainable development through integrated river and water management, infrastructure delivery, and urban regeneration.

LLSB was mandated to implement the Selangor Maritime Gateway (SMG), a flagship initiative by the Selangor State Government — leading the transformation of Sungai Klang into a vibrant, sustainable economic corridor.
In 2022, LLSB’s mandate was further strengthened with the establishment of the Selangor Maritime Gateway Economic Development Zone (ZPE SMG), positioning the organisation at the forefront of river-led economic development, infrastructure delivery, and sustainable investment platforms.
Today, LLSB continues to evolve as a value-driven organisation, expanding its role beyond project delivery into a scalable platform for long-term economic growth and environmental stewardship.

Spanning over 56 kilometres of Sungai Klang, delivering integrated river rehabilitation and development works across Selangor.
88,000 Acres
The SMG masterplan covers approximately 88,000 acres, positioning Klang as a future Eco Smart City and maritime gateway.
