Riverfront development is the value-realisation component of the SMG strategy. With river conditions and resilience infrastructure progressively improving, LLSB is guiding opportunities that reconnect development with the river while safeguarding environmental performance, accessibility and community value.
Our approach integrates infrastructure readiness, land optimisation, development controls, mobility, placemaking and ESG considerations — providing a clearer platform for public-private participation and development that is resilient, investable and aligned with Selangor’s priorities.
This integrated approach ensures developments are de-risked for investors, sustainable in the long term, and aligned with state development priorities.
